Lets say you tag are inspection far as that goes ran out Feb 2010 and today Jan 2011 you got around to renewing both,,, you pay the yearly fee but you will get a sticker with Feb 2011 and it will have to be renewed by march 15 2011.
So you still paid even tho they had expired 11 mo. ago and gain nuttin....
