Casey, I'm in the tire business and I can tell you that the nicest tire of the bunch for the money that you mentioned is the new General Grabber HTS. It's a bombproof tire. I'm a Michelin distributor and move thousands of tires a week, but for the money the HTS is a great buy. The LAredo CC is also a fine tire for the money. THe Hankooks mentioned by some are also a nice tire, but tough to get in many sizes right now- fill rates are horrible on a lot of the Korean and Tawain stuff
