The wife drives a Grand Cherokee(and hauls my 17 month old boy around) and the OEM Goodyear Fortera"s are just about gone at 49K miles. I can replace them with the exact same thing for $588 at a local shop. I"ve not been all that impressed with Goodyears, I guess they"ve been decent. Anything else local is way to expensive. I can order online from a couple different places and have a local guy mount and balance for $30. Here"s what I"m looking at: Cooper CTS deliverd for $625, Uniroyal Laredo Cross Country for $580, Yokohama Geolandar A/T-S for $574, Dunlop Rover H/T for $588, General Grabber HTS for $594, and Yokohama Geolandar H/T-S G051 for $608. Any other suggestions? Anybody have any experience with these? I"ve had good luck with Cooper"s in the past, but all of the others come pretty highly rated. Appreciate the input.
