What is the better season for farm auctions here in the East and New England? We moved to the south east side of New York near Kingston last year, and would like to start going to auctions within a few hours drive in any direction. I'm interested in antique tractor things, and wife collects pottery and garden stuff. We're from Arkansas, and most outdoor auctions were generally in the winter because the weather would permit it.....usually. Summer was just too hot in the South to stand out in hot sun for auctions.
