Even though some cancel accounts and others show up delinquent, Directv (and Dish) charge the stores for those pieces of equipment. We also are required to send our installer for each of the accounts we setup. Now, if someone scraps their service prior to the contract term date, each service will charge back what they paid out. If you need further, I'm at (260)665-7101 at noon today. I'll be happy to talk to you even though I can not setup an account outside of our territory.
