unless your tractor has a mechanical fuel pump, which I doubt it does then yes your hyd pump could be the cause of the slobbering. with the oil overfilling it rises to the point where the crankshaft begins to hit the oil pool in the sump and starts flinging oil all over the place including up the breather tube. the rear oil seal is a separate problem I think, and may eventually cause the clutch to begin slipping once enough oil gets in there. only cure for that will be to split the tractor and replace the seal. I wouldnt get in too big of a hurry to split it right now because it may just be due to an overfill problem, you never know.
