MF TO35 Brakes

I need to remove the brake drums on a MF TO35 1958 model. The bake drum to rear axle shaft flange retaining screws appear to be frozen. Any suggestions on getting the screws out? Heat?? Are they right of left hand threads?

Any help will be appreciated.
