Good for you Donovan. It's refreshing that other people have realized there are some poor bosses and places to work. It's hard to be very motivated when you wish you didn't have to show up in the morning or worry about what kind of mood the boss is going to be in. Sadly a lot of bosses feel more important when the brown nosers suck up to them. I like it when the bosses put the brown nosers in their place. Especially liked it at one place where 2 bosses took care of a self important $hit disturber. The guy was laid off just before a new owner and new manager was taking over the company. The trouble maker was called back to work about 3 weeks later. The day he came back the new manager was getting a tour of the shop with the new owners. They called all the employee's and introduced the new management. Then this idiot goes up to the new manager, proudly proclaims who he is and how far up he'll stick his head. The manager said hi but the look on his face after was priceless! He continued walking and kind of shook his head. All the other employee's were bursting at the seams trying not to laugh out loud. It was freakin hilarious!!!
