M /H fan belt ajustment

I have no idea how to ajust the fan belt on my M or H. The M needs it most as it wants to run up around 210 when its only got a 190... stat in it.I will allso flush the rad to-day to aliminate that as a problem.Thanks for the knowlege you guy have past my way in the past.Greatly appreciated.
