Blowing Cub

I just acquired a cub that is in good to excellent shape, however she is blowing a lot out of the oil filler pipe. Does this model tractor have the sleeves in the engine, and does a ring job usually fix this problem. It runs good and has fairly good power, however it does tend to stall when hot. This is an early fifty model tractor I believe. Thanks in advance for your advice
