RE: f-20 noise

Tractor has "rough" "grinding" sound in bottom of engine [not a knock] I think mabey it's main bearing's?? the tractor had a some slight rust on the inside of engine the tractor sat up for 20 year's and I just got running, but it sound's rough, it could be in cluch assembly??? I cant tell for sure [It's not throw out bearing] any one have any idea's ???when I engage clutch, noise change's slightly [a bit quiter ]but remains about the same.
