H belly pump troubles

The belly pump in my '39 H is pumping no more. No pressure(won't lift the empty 3 pt hitch), normal sound when engaged, and yes plenty of hydraulic fluid in the tank. It was run continuosly through a 3 way valve and return line to the tank, to power the cylinder on my rear three point hitch. I haven't pulled anything apart yet, so any suggestions would be helpful.
