H Engine Value

I have an opportunity to buy an H engine from a friend/neighbor. This engine has been stored in a dry shop for 10-15 years. Supposedly it had been rebuilt before being stored. It is not frozen; I was able to turn it over by hand. It does not have the manifolds on it, but it does include a generator. My neighbor says she would like to sell it to me and said to find out what a fair price would be. I am new to Farmalls and I am unsure of the value of parts and components. I bought an H about two months ago.
