The hubs and rims should not be too hard to find. They would be the same for the narrow or wide front and the MD and the M are the same, so I would think you could find them at a salvage dealer. Since you have a flat plate bolted to the top of the transmission in front of the battery, you have no belt pulley. Either your tractor never had one, or someone removed it. If the tractor was ever used in tractor pulls, sometimes the belt pulley housing/gear box is removed to reduce weight. As to the pipe, only thing I can figure is someone put an extension on the drain hole of the lift all. My parts book says the drain is a 1/2 inch pipe plug. If the pipe is screwed into the bottom of the lift all, I guess that is the drain for the reservoir. I'm guessing the hole on the RH side of the clutch housing is for the lift all control arm. Is there a control arm on the RH side of the tractor with a rod that goes back up beside the steering wheel and is supported there by a bracket that is attached to the steering wheel support post?? If that is not there, the hole must be for the control arm. You should be able to see the end of the control shaft in there that has a tapped hole in the end and I believe a square recess for the control arm.

If i said that this was a little frustrating for him that would be "conservative" in fact the problem had reduce
