How do I slow down the the raising and lowering of the 3pt hitch on my H (hydraulics run off of rear pto pump from loader setup- 1/2" hose 3-way valve). What type of restrictor or baffles can I install in the hydraulic lines to the cylinder to slow the movement? Is there such a thing?
