thanks, now two more things-actually three:Since it has the distillate engine, it should've had shutters. Pictures I've seen show a control on the right side of steering post. Would that control the shutter, and does the shutter pivot at the oil fill cap-( there's something at the oil fill that looks like it broke off, but pivots towards the radiator)? Or is this for a control to engage/disengage the belt pulley from seat?
