M head

Just recently took the head off my M to a local machine shop to have a valve job done .They found 3-4 small hairline cracks. I carried the heads off of 3 more salvage tractors and they found the same thing .Are all heads going to have these hairline cracks or am I having that much bad luck?Would one of these heads be ok to use or do I need to look further for another head? The tractor is just going to be used for show and very light work nothing heavy.
