No it will not work. It will not hold up to the compression of the diesel which should be 14.5 as compared to the 6.5:1 Compression of the gas engine. The heads are completely different. There is no injectors on a gas head. There are 2 valves for each cylinder on a gas engine, and 3 valves on the diesel engine head. Not to mention the combustion chambers inside the head are quite different. Hope that answers your question. -Ross
