Three things to check on the C-200, the manafold warps and any intake leak makes this motor run poorly. Getting it machined flat shouldn't cost $40 and the IH gaskests arn't expensive either Run D-21 plugs unless ya put it to heavy work. We had the throttle shaft break 2 years ago, ours broke clean maybe yours didn't?
