h pops out of gear

My engine is done and runs very smooth thanks for all the advice in the past on the rebuild. Paint will have to wait till spring but she wants to work, which has led to the discovery that she pops out of fourth gear all the time even when shes not even under load, no problems with the others. I know someone has seen this before, could you please share the fix, I would really appreciate it.
