looking for wood to cover trailer deck

I live in IL and a friend of mine used to go to IN to get rough sawn oak 2x6 or 8 and he used to say how much cheaper it was over there (he passed a couple yrs ago so I cant ask him) so my question is where and aprox how much $ for say a 2x6 or 8 about 8 ft long would like oak but might have to settle for pine Thanks again sHan... PS its for my tractor its 7.6 wide and 24ft long.
