Oil leak at rear axle housing

We have an oil leak at the rear axle housing to transmission housing on our SMTA. We removed the (7) bolts securing axle housing to tranmission housing. We have also removed the (4)bolts along with the bearing retainer to the axle shaft on the outboard side of the housing. What are we missing? The housing doesn't want to budge off the axle shaft or away form the transmission housing. Is there some sort of retainer holding it on? Do we have to remove the seat and the platform to get at it? We would appreciate your thoughts and help with our problem.
