300 UTILITY HYDROLICS

Ihave a 300 U. w/ a loader on it the hydro power comes from the pump behind the distrubutor. I have power steering that works well,and the hitch has good power. The loader is slower than a cut dog can anybody shed some light this problem? Thanks Chuck in ore.
