International 240 Utility info

I am thinking of buying an International 240 Utility tractor and I don't know anything about this model. The one I'm looking at has a front loader w/hyd bucket, tractor looks to be in pretty good shape, runs ok.
Is this tractor similar to a Farmall 240?

Also, please post with any information such as:
horsepower
are hydraulics live?
years made
dependability
worth (I am in Indiana)
