IHC H Engine VS 300 Engine Interchange

I want to rebuild an IHC 300 series engine to replace the blown engine from my IHC "H". Most the people around my area think it can be done. So far nobody I can not find anyone who has had the experience of doing it. I would like to hear form someone who has done it. All the parts that interchange and the ones that don't. Also any and all problems associated with this project. Answers to questions such as are the tranmission housings the same. How about the flywheel or\and clutch & pressure plate. jkrancour@hotmail.com
