Heating Problem with B

I have a B-Farmall which overheats even when the
temperature is 50 degrees. We have replaced the
radiator, ground the valves, and checked the
timing. It also has a new carb, but it cannot be
chocked to be started. I also have two other Bs
and have never had this problem with them. Any
