I just purchased a farm all c, she ran but not great, since then I've rebuilt the carb but the govenor does not allow me to get the full range. I do not have any books on it so I can not see if there are parts missing from it, can any one help. if you have parts books and shop manuals this would truly help, I am a diesel machanic but this is the first time I've ever rebuilt anything like this.
