Governer on Farmall B

Got my B running with little trouble, but the thing is running wide open. Looked at the governer and there is a lot of free play or slop in the lever which hooks up to the carb. The play is on the main shaft going into the governer which is causing the carb to open up even at idle. What is causing this? Wear in the shaft, or a weak spring. Have never been in a governer so any help would be appreciated. Where is best place to find parts? GNB
