Nawlens: I did the conversion on my 140 without too much trouble. You do need to fabricate a bracket to attach the base of the alternator to the engine block and you can get a top bracket at any auto parts store. You don't need to fool around with the shroud. I don't know how to post a picture, but if you email me I will send you one.
