Replacement Block for Super A

Hi, I have a Super A with cracked block (251069R1, 5-16-T, FAAM 289624) behind the steering box. Maybe can be welded (see earlier post)? I have found a block from a C (354898R1, 5-6-W, FCM 108663). Will this block fit the Super A. Anything to watch for? It does have a water pump, the SA does not. Are things like the head, main crank, pushroods, valve cam transferable from one block to the other?
