Farmall 340 clutch and hydraulics?

Hey guys

Here is my problem. I have a 340 no TA but has fast hitch and live pto. It also has two remote hydraulics levers. It has the side mounted pump. My problems are as follows. I have no hydraulics at all. I refilled the tractor with new fluid. I also primed the pump through the set screw on top of it. Still nothing. Another problem is the pto when engaged runs smooth but when it is out of gear there is a whining sound that sounds similar to a hydraulic pump. Finaly there is a slight knocking sound coming from behind the clutch. Everything works well however the gears all shift the clutch works well and properly. Any Ideas on where to start.
