I really cant tell if the rack is moving. With the covers removed, and me working the throttle everything in could see was moving. I will work on it somemore tomorrow. I really couldnt see anywhere on pump to get to the rack or anything in side cover to pry on. There is a nut above and ahead of the throttle arm, is this the nut you say to turn forward and back slightly? The tractor has sat for 25 years, had new head and M&W pistons installed just before they parked it in the shed. When I got the tractor I drained all the fluids. Fuels, oils, etc. The pump was full of deisel. The oil I put in it still looks and smells free of fuel. Thanks.
