I use a Saginaw with the original drawbar, I think you will find that the lower pins on most three point implements are higher than the drawbar, so that the arms never get that low. Exceptions may be an implement you are running very deep, but my guess is you will never have a problem. I think that hitch has been modified, the cylinder is supposed to be in a vertical position, attaching the rockshaft to the lower link. That hitch could be for a C, which does not use a cylinder on a Worksaver, instead using a rod running to the C's front rockshaft.
