That pulley should be a flat one so the belt doesent have to twist going to the driver leaving the driver should be v-shaped. You dont want the belt to twist going and coming from the driver get a flat idler and you will be o.k. From a user of WOODS mowers since 64. I have sold new ones traded for used ones and so forth.
