M Two Way Hydraulic Leak

I have plumbed up a two way valve on my one way system. The system works great, but when the two way valve is in neutral, oil just flows out of the top of the reservoir cap. The oil flow back into the tank is too much for the pipe I am guessing, and some bubbles out the top. The only solution I can think of is either putting a piece of pipe to extend the breather upward, or capping it and putting a breather on one of the other ports to the reservior. These ideas will work, but I have to believe there is another solution that I have not heard of yet. Any suggestions?
