200 ID

I need some help I'm over here in SC at my son's
We looked at a 200 today that has a center mount factory grader blade made by IH like we have been talking about and like the one I made but this is IH and doesn't mount to the cultivator frame.
I don't have my book with me and I'm woundering the year of the ragged out wide front 200
the only numbers readable on the plate are 1087 J then next line 1815
