the hydraulic pumps on this were supposedly replaced with new about 15 years ago. And the TA is supposedly new. Maybe the dealer that did this (out of business shortly after) did not do a good job. :( changing the filter 2 years ago helped tremendously, but in the winter, and now, it's back to the sos. the rear pump works perfect though. and this tractor has not done any hard work,etc. since about that time.
