560 -- Stuck in 2 gears or other problem...help...

After doing some baling...I stopped the tractor and it was hard to get out of gear.....then I tried to put it in any gear and the engine grunts like it wants to move but doesnt when I release the clutch......pushing in the clutch returns the engine to normal.... Last week I adjusted the TA and clutch according to the PM manual...still grinds into gears while stopped at low rpms.... Is the tranny stuck?? do I need to take the platform off??
this is my main tractor so I need to get it fixed asap..... Thanks..
