Hey guys and gals, Decided the other night to take the 130 out for a spin after a long winter in the shed. Hmmmmmm.......There was some clack-clacking in the tranny. You could feel it a bit in the stick shift. I travelled about 30' and the noise increased until she locked up. I put it into N, but it was still locked up when the clutch released. I rocked it back and forth a couple times, it seeemed to be free, so I put it in R and headed back into the shop. The noise was click-clackity-clacking all the way in like something was getting into the gears and locking it up once in a while. As long as I kept it going slow I was able to get it back in safely. BTW, I did take off the tranny cover to look inside before backing it in. Lots of fluid, nothing came out on my magnet, what I could see of the gears looked OK. It would not go forward at all. Maybe the diff? Maybe the left final? I do remember hearing a bit of noise when I put it away last fall, but this is serious now. Will probably bring it into the big shop and drain the fluid and pull the back cover off. It has no PTO.
