Don't know what ya got going on here but ya got something not quite wright . It will work if ya have everything set . Done more then i can remember and never had one that it did not work on . Ususaly that lite will go out somewhere from six to nine turns in from the end of the clevis . This double shiften is not a good thing as it is working against the T/A . Are ya sure that ya covered everything here . Lets start again with setting the free travel , First ya take the pins out of the clutch bellcrank and the trans brake , then ya push the ft clutch rod back into the hyd assit cylinder as far as ya can next ya adjust the back rod out till ya feel resistance and feel the ft. rod move a wisker and i forgot to tell ya to pull the bellcrank back so ya can install the pin for the ft rod and set your free trave for the 9/16th at the clutch pedal and once that is all done move to the trans brake and with one hand push the trans brake lever back as far as ya can then push the clutch down to the stop and hold it there and adjust the clevis out till the pin will slide in after that is donme let the clutch up and then add the one to two turns to the clevis out then install the pin and cotter pin and lock the lock nut then on to the dump valve . and like i said to do there while holding the clutch pedal down after backing it out five or six turns start turning it in slowly till it JUST goes out then add the one turn and lock the lock nut while holding the head of the bolt.

If i said that this was a little frustrating for him that would be "conservative" in fact the problem had reduce
