Doug: Real bear is the proper discription, probably 3 bears. If the water pump ain't broke, don't fix it, don't even take it apart. When it quits working most likely from coolant running out along the shaft, just take the pump off and go right down to your CaseIH dealer and trade it for a rebuilt pump complete with pulley. Believe me it is the most economical way out. If you don't touch it, may work another ten years. If you take it apart, I can gaurentee you will be buying a pump, and CaseIH will not give you full core price for broken pieces.
