Thanks everybody, I am starting to make some progress. I got ahold of the Woods people, they say it is a model 42CH, they like a tip speed of 16,500 ft. per minute, which translates into a 1500rpm spindle speed. Keep in mind here that I have one pile of A Farmall and another pile of Woods mower, no Cub. Reverse drive, crank speed pto???? Never been around a Cub. I was planning to drive it off the pto, do you guys think there is enough length under the tractor to cross the belt or should it drive off of the belt pulley shaft to get a better angle at reversing the rotation, crossing at the idlers?
