Brakes on a 560 Farmall

They work (barely) but one locks up and the other seems worn out. Is changing these a huge job? I'm no master mechanic, and realize that I've got to pull the loader off to do it (frames in the way). I've got the tools and a few friends, but how tough is this, and roughly where am I cost-wise?
