Levy stand on the distributor side of the H. Look 5 inches to the right and you will see a 3 1/4 inch diameter cap with a wing on it, if original. It may be a flat plate with a bolt in the middle. Turn it counterclockwise and remove and add 6 quarts of oil. The oil actually pours through the timing gear cover into the oil pan.
