Farmall A. Got spark, got gas. Won't start.

HELP!!! The darned thing won't start. Plenty of gas. Really hot spark from the mag. New plugs. New wires. Good compression on all cylinders. Starter turns it over plenty fast.
It acts almost like it floods out on the first revolution. It started out missing a little till it warmed up. Then it got progressivly worse till it won't start at all now. Can it have possibly jumped time? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
