I perceived their was difficulty in locating TDC and this was another approach. Additionally one could see that the intake valves were opening. I know of no reason they should not be opening then I also do not know any history on this tractor or what occurred prior to this specific failure. Maybe the engine was overhauled,head ground,or wrong gasket and the push rods were too long(were not readjusted) and all of the intake ones were bent. You would still have compression but the engine would not run! Agree or disagree?
