What are you going to do with the tractor? The 400 and 450 are the same tractors, the 450 is a little bigger cu. in.. The gas start diesels are good about cracking the head and you will have to keep up gas side and diesel side too. How the TA on the 400? If out it will cost you about $500 for a rebuilt TA. The 400 should have 14.9x38 tires. Is the wide front factory? The tractor sounds like it's been run hard, $1500 in my book would be top. 560 is a lot more tractor for not much more money.
