loosing fluid from right rear on IH350U 1957 and ..........

The center bolt for the right rear tire keeps coming loose and leaks fluid. The lugs are all tight and there's no fluid on the backside of the tire, just from the center bolt? Some have suggested lock-tite but I'm afraid to use it. Any ideas? Also ..... What I believe to be the serial plate on the right side of the engine block (the same side as the hydralic pump) is S11681 which I think would be a 57? Anyone know for sure? How do I decipher all those codes stamped (raised letter) on the tractor on the right side just below the seat. I'd do it myself but I lost my Captain Crunch Secret Decoder Ring! Thanks for any help .......
