Concerning the "fluid leaking from the right rear tire". Do you mean grease or is it the liquid solution inside the tire used for weight? Where exactly is this "center bolt"? Is it used to hold the wheel on the axle? Nearly impossible to give an answer until we understand your problem in more detail.
