SUPER H WON'T START

HELP! SUPER H FARMALL WILL NOT START. I AM GETTING FIRE TO THE PLUGS AND GAS TO CARB. COMPRESSION IS 110LBS. PER CYLINDER. NEW POINTS AND PLUGS. I HAVE MOVED THE DISTRIBUTOR AROUND TRYING TO HELP. TRIED PULLING OFF WITH TRUCK AND IT BACKFIRED A COUPLE OF TIMES. IT WAS RUNNING REAL WEAK AND LOW ON POWER WHEN IT QUIT.
